Mersin Üniversitesi Psikoloji bölümü mezunu olup bitirme tezini ''Varoluşçu Psikoterapiler'' üzerine hazırlamış, lisansüstü eğitimini Klinik Psikoloji alanında ''Bağlanma Stilleri ve Toplumsal Cinsiyet Rolleri'' teziyle tamamlamıştır. Aynı zamanda master bitirme tezini Milano’da gerçekleşen 14. Avrupa Psikoloji kongresinde poster bildiri olarak sunmuştur. Eğitim hayatı boyunca Bilişsel Davranışçı ekol ve Psikanaliz ekolünden etkilenmişse de eklektik bir yaklaşımın terapi süreçlerinde daha sağlıklı yol alınmasına katkı sunacağını düşünmektedir. Yetişkin psikoterapisi ve aile-çift terapileri ilgi alanları içerisindedir. Bilişsel Davranışçı Psikoterapiler Derneği’nden Prof.Dr. M.Hakan Türkçapar’ın verdiği Bilişsel Terapinin Kuram Ve Temel İlkeleri, Bilişsel Davranışçı Kişilik Kuramı, Depresyon, Panik Bozukluk, Özgül Fobi, Obsesif Kompulsif Bozukluk, Sosyal Fobi, Sınav Anksiyetesi, Yaygın Anksiyete Bozukluğu ve Somatoform Bozuklukların Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapileri eğitimini almıştır. MMPI(Yetişkin Kişilik Testi), WISC-R ( Zekâ Testi) , Çocuk Değerlendirme  (Ankara Gelişim Tarama Envanteri, Peabody Resim Kelime Tanıma Testi, Resim Çizme Testleri, Bender Gestalt Görsel Motor Algı Testi, Cümle Tamamlama Testi (Beier), Duygu Durumu Ölçekleri) eğitimlerini Türk Psikologlar Derneği'nden almış, çeşitli dönemlerde mesleki kongre ve eğitimlere katılmıştır. In connection with the theory, it was worked to create the mental modelings and the various attachment categories/styles. On the other hand the gender concept is an important survey area which describes the roles attributed to men and women by society or cultural values. The gender roles in several catagories such as feminine, masculine, androjen and undefined are assimilated in the gender concept.Some studies in the literatüre state that the gender roles have influence on close relationships and there could be a correlation between these two variables.Scope : The purpose of this study is to analyse the correlations and differences between the gender roles and the attachment sytles.Method: Target is to practise the data forms of “Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory”, “Bem Sex Role Inventory” and “Sociodemographic” for a sampling group of 200 people.Expected Results: A meaningful relationships are expected between the various attachment style and gender roles.
